Important: Hemp product samples legal in Texas may only be distributed at the off-campus reception (Thursday). No samples of any kind are permitted on campus.

Your sponsorship includes ad space in our event program. Please send your print quality (300dpi) graphic in PDF format to holly@txmjpolicy.org.

Every attendee will receive a registration bag with conference handouts and promotional material from sponsors. You may provide up to three promotional items for inclusion. Fliers, product samples, branded merchandise, or business cards are examples of acceptable promotional items.

Printed materials may be up to 8.5in x 11in in size. Please provide enough for 200 attendees.


Hemp product samples must comply with all state and federal requirements. Due to strict university guidelines, samples will be provided to those who attend our off-campus reception only. Please provide samples for up to 150.

Deadline: Promotional materials and products should be mailed to event organizers and RECEIVED no later than Friday, January 23, 2026.

Reception: Loading and Parking

Load-In Instructions: You may unload at the front entrance on 6th Street, just past Lavaca (left side of the street). If that area is full, please use the alley entrance, accessible via the left lane on Guadalupe or Lavaca, between 5th and 6th Streets. Look for the alley between the large building and the grey wall (The Belmont). 

There are 4 steps from the alley up to the courtyard area.

Recommended Parking: Indeed building’s parking garage, catty corner to The Belmont. 

The address for the public garage entrance is 610 Colorado Street. 

Conference Center: Loading and Parking

Conference Center Loading and Unloading Instructions

Vehicles may use the campus road to drive up to the front of the conference center between 7-7:45am on Friday and 2-4pm on Saturday for loading/unloading. Enter from Robert Dedman Drive. (Map; 30.286806, -97.730085). After unloading, park in Lot 40.

Conference Center Parking

TCC Parking Lot 40: 2500 Red River Street, Austin, Texas 78712


Complimentary parking available in Lot 40, which is located at the intersection of Red River at Dean Keeton. The entrance is off of Red River St. 


NOTE: If you use the building's address, it will take you to the front doors, with no parking options.
